Sashen called me yesterday afternoon to offer me life insurance. Normally irritated by these calls, I give him a chance- partly because he had sunshine in his voice! He was professional, didn't sound like a robot, make contact with his client and tried to connect on a conversational level. Before he ended the call, he thanked me for the 27 minutes I had spoken to him. WHAT?? For someone with a short attention span, you really made 27min feel like 5! Such a pleasure dealing with someone who truly knows the meaning of customer service. Thank you Sashen
