9 days later still no response

On the 1/10 at 19:19 I withdrew money at an FNB atm at the Wild Coast Sun and atm gave me amount that was short. Went to FNB Shelly centre on the 2nd to report it. I was supposed to get a response at least a few days later and up until today it's quiet. No update, no response
