'Let's talk business' is false advertising! It is impossible to call Menlyn branch. I have tried 6 different direct numbers without one being answered. I have now called 0860012345 and the call centre tried to connect me to the branch. Their feedback is that they called all known numbers and not one is answering.
All Standard Bank does is to spend millions on advertising to replace clients they have lost due to no service delivery.
