I had an opel corsa on third party only, however, I was being debited for an opel astra (more expensive PREMIUMS). When we discovered it, we notified FFW, and they promised a refund. That was sometime in Feb or March 2013.
Since then, we have had to follow up regularly, and each time we get promises of "we will take it through accounting"... They haven't called us back with any update since our last chat, in which I had to re-explain the issue to refresh their memory
We are now almost in the new year... were it us, that owed a premium, they would be fixing us for missing payments!!! Certainly not FIRST class proffesionalism. The amount is not horrendously high, but the principle matters, I want my money back!
