I called to update my insurance. Was pleasantly suprised by Mpumi's service and the fact that I didnt have to wait a while before I was put through to a consultant. Mpumi sounded like she enjoys what she does and loves to assist. Made me feel as if she was assisting a friend or family member and not a complete stranger. Way to Go Mpumi! Keep up the excellent staff and service Miway.
