I applied for a fix rate on our Home loan the beginning of November, we were offered a fixed rate of 9.2% over 24 months, since November 2012 the rate has not been fixed, I have made numerous calls to the call center and each time they only escalate the matter without any results, im tiered of waiting for my rate to be fixed, if its not done by the end of the week, I will move my account to a different bank
its pathetic to wait 3 months to get my rate fixed
