My Mum passed on in 20 Oct 2011 and we started the claiming in 2012 round about April process for her pension retirement and up until this day we have not received the response from the trustees. to make matters confusing we do not receive any feedback as to what is happening, i've tried all sort of ways of communication but no luck...
