The Chief Executive Officer of Bondpro Financial (Pty) Ltd, Mr Dawie Botha is facing a R 1million fine or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 10 years, or both such fine and such imprisonment. The Financial Services Board are referring our complaint to the SAP, since Bondpro is conducting an unregistered business as they were acting as an intermediary whilst not authorized to do so. Mr. Botha was the Financial Director of Saambou when the bank went belly up in Feb 2002. He was instrumental in the discrimination with interest rate against black people in the low cost housing sector.
