I applied for a short term loan and I made a mistake of applying for an amount that Boodle feels I cant afford. I called them to say I made a mistake and Palesa rudely told me that I have to wait 30 days or resubmit all my documents which they have on record as I have had 3 loans and paid every time. All I am asking for is the oppotunity to apply for a lesser amount which I have had 3 times in the past and which were all approved but she is unsympathetic and rude.
