Wrong information from FNB will cost me

FNB has made the process of getting a home loan a long and frustrating one. On top of all the delays they have already caused, they have recently given me the wrong information that has caused a delay of another week. This could end up costing me a substantial amount in occupational rental since the transfer of the property has now been further delayed.
