Refusal to give information

FNB can not provide us with information relating to the registration of property sold from a estate in September 2013. We are only supplied with deliberately vague and wrong information, excuses used for part of the delay is blatantly untrue as these were confirmed as "handled" before we sold the property. We have made countless requests as to the status and estimated completion of the process and have only received deliberately vague and useless fragments of what has been done. This blatant and deliberate refusal to give information has now gone far beyond mere frustration
