Standard Bank Homeloans fails to sort out issue

I have my home loan at Standard Bank registered over 20 years. My agreed payment was R7663.
All of a sudden they started calling me to notify me I am in arrears of just over R520.
My wife asked them to investigate the reason and they found that a system error or someone adjusted the payback term to a shorter period. This was not agreed to happen.
It was then re-adjusted to the original term and the payment was reduced to R7516.00
Now these people keep on calling me about the payment in arrears resulting from this error.
Our previous discussion was on 9/9/2013 and my wife again told them what happened. She told them to sort out this on their side and no arrangement for payback was made as they now inform me.
We have repeatedly told them the situation and I am not going to pay for their mistake.
