Loan finder SA debited R350 from my account without my consent. I tried phoning your customer care but the person I spoke to was very and even said he will try explaining it in 'plain english' as if I'm an. I tried cancelling any 'agreements' I apparently 'digitally signed for' UNKNOWINGLY per email but got a reply to contact the customer care AGAIN. I find it ridiculous that you people like this!! I want my money back and I want ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you have of me on your system cancelled and deleted. Best of all is I never even agreed to a loan from any of your so called 'suppliers'. Ridiculous!!!
