After numerous attempt to get FNB to provide explanation or cancel my insurance, i received no help from the call center or response from FNB. Ofcourse, when it came to deducting the "increased premium" they were very quick. FNB, please kindly provide us with answers instead of always giving us the same response, "someone will get back to you"
I used to love FNB, but now, im not so sure anymore as they have so many hidden clauses and their service is really bad these days!
