I woke up this morning and received and sms of an debit of R350 from loan finder that I have no idea why they took money or how they got hold of my account. I phoned the query number at the bottom of the sms and got trough to standard bank the call center in just seconds. The agent helped me in a very friendly manner and reversed the money back into my account and gave me some advise how to protect my details. Just want to say great service!!! and thank you!!
