I would just like to take this opportunity to humbly and greatly compliment employees (Christina Lelaka and her Team leader Chris of FNB Investment banking). In August I went to FNB branch in Gezina to put in a notice to redeem 2 weeks later I needed a portion of the lumpsum for emergency reasons which led to consultant cancelling the initial request to cut the long story short that's where the confusion started so I lodged a complaint and I was refered to Christina Lelaka. It was indeed a very kind, professional service she offered. She listened, explained and answered my questions diligently. She's definitely an asset to FNB so is her manager Chris.
It's very rare one get such a professional service by telephone, They updated me on every development and offered suitable options. I am humbled by their (her and Chris) patience and sense of pride in their job. I definitely took a leaf out of their books.
