Debited early - no notification given

When i signed for my loan I put a debit date of the 25th. Nedbank has debited me on the 20th without permission or notification. The call centre states a notification was sent out on Monday 16th, but there is no proof of that happening. Nedbank must reverse the transaction immediately and debit on the correct date.
