We have a company account with Standard Bank's Melville branch, and have been waiting on an incoming payment form Botswana to our account for ten days now. For half of this time, the inbound payment has been held up on the desk of our relationship manager, Mr Razia Jalaal, who has sat on the request without responding. All phone numbers I have ben given for this individual do not exist, and I have bee unable to reach them via any of the switchboard or branch numbers for three days now.
To say I am becoming incandescent with rage at the utter lack of response from Mr Jalaal would be an understatement. Were I not unable to go to the branch in person and shout at them loudly (I am currently out of the country), I would have long since done so.
