I took loans with African Bank & last year applied for Administration thinking it would better myself but it didnt, it just caused more havoc in my life. So I finally manage to pay off 3 individual loans by African bank & instead of marking my Credit report with a "T" for paid up & closed, they mark it with a "L" HANDED OVER, then there are ruse people on their call centre with stinking attitudes. I am a single individual & if only African bank wasnt in it ONLY for their profit & money making!!! People come to them for advice & not to be shot in the foot!! My credit score went from very good to poor in a matter of minutes!!! this account was paid up & i have ALL MY PROOF OF PAYMENTS but do you think someone will help?? THEY JUST DONT CARE!!! As long as they are satisfied, nothing else matters. Yes i up a little on my credit report & payments but if they really look @ the last 6-8months of me taking my credit profile into my own hands to sort out, they would have never listed it as handed over but as paid up!! THEY JUST DONT HAVE THE HEART!!! Tnx to them i cannot upgrade on a car but only time will tell! THANK YOU FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING & SCREWING THE CONSUMER OVER! xoxox
