Efund taking more than 20 days

Hi, I'm so angry with clientele

I cancelled my 3 policies with them, of which they promised to refund me in the next 7 to 10 working days.
this was on the 30 of July, I called gain on the on the 4th of September and I was told that the request was not logged, and a urgent refund will be logged I would get my money on the 5th, again I called on the 6th only to be told that I would get my money on Monday, still nothing

this is costing me money calling you all the time.
