Non-response to query on Echo RA

On 2nd September I submitted a query to Sanlam asking if someone send me more detail on the Cumulus Echo Retirement Annuity?

I had already downloaded the attached marketing brochure but I wanted to understand the following:

o Costs;
o Range of investment options; and
o How the echo bonus is calculated.

To date no-one has responded to me. Is this how you respond to new business queries?
