I have been with this company for almost 10 years and discovered the poor service when i recently had a claim. The owner tends to avoid you when claims are not processed properly. My insurance is underwritten by Execuline and discovered that i was being told to go to a panel beater which Audi told me is not Audi approved. How do i retain my warranty? I realised since that it is best to stick to reputable companies.
