This guy, mr Said, sent me my policy through today. I went through my policy and were uncertain about the "bybetaling" if there will be a accident. I'm a bit "stupid" with insurance, so I sent him a e-mail asking guestions about the "bybetaling." Not even a minute later, mr Said phoned me, the friendly efficient service again. He explained again to me the difference of the "bybetaling between my son driving his bike or someone else who would be perhaps under 25 years of age.
He also went the extra mile to make sure I'm happy with my monthly premium and even asked the supervisor to accommodate me with what I can afford.
If all your personal got a attitude like mr Said, you get five stars from me for great service!!!
