Incorrect billing

When setting up my medical plan with your phone operator i specifically told them i must be billed on the 15th of every month as i only get paid around the 10th.
you billed me 3 days ago while i had no money in my account and am getting bank charges and a bad credit history because your operator did not follow instructions

please sort this out
