Dear Sir
I have a problem with the above company regarding my account as mentioned above. They have been debiting my bank account with R600 since from april to pay for the Gold credit card. It was then discovered that my account was not updated with the payments and apperently their system was not picking up the debits from my bank account and the have now don't know how to help me and as such I ended up paying them for nothing. the total amount paid to this company is R3000.
Please help me on this as i have no other option now.
