After getting a message saying that Teletop debited money off my account (which i DID NOT agree to) FNB sent me a message saying that they will call me back in 3 days, it has now been a week and no word from them, I then went to a branch to sort this out with no luck, apparently now i have to stop the debit order on my online banking and then go to the branch again, this is a waste of my time to sort out something that I did not agree to.
