NO RESPONSE ABOUT R 400 CLAIM BACK

This was originally going to be a good report based on the service I received on the phone. However, Oupa promised to email me the information to claim the R400 since I am currently paying less than what Outsurance quoted. I am still waiting for the information!!!
Also, I was shocked to discover that because I am single, I pay R130 more on my car premiums than a person who is married!!! This simple fact makes that big a difference.
I want the claim information asap so that you will be living up to your promise to the public. And on the phone, he spoke about how quick and good the service is at Outsurance and that has not been proven - this does not give much confidence in the possibility of being one of your members! I have had much better service from Dial Direct
