I finished paying my credit card account with African Bank back in 2011 but to my surprise I am listed in ITC for the same account. I tried to seek answers but I am being sent from pillar to post with everyone telling me they have limited access to my account. I have spent so much time and money on telephone with no accurate answer as to why my name is listed. They referred me to Tel-recoveries, a company they used to collect debt from me but they are confirming my payments but when i call African Bank, I still get the same response and sadly with a very bad attitude. I definitely need answers and need my name removed from ITC ASAP.
