An extra ordinary service manage

Because of bad service Momentum short term caused a delay of two weeks in the repair of my car. However, after a short discussion with one of their service managers (Grant) it was decided to give me a loan car free of charge until my car was fixed.

I would like to thank Grant very much in the way he dealt with my case and the speed with which it was resolved.
