Delay of providing feedback and lying to me

I called King Price on 30th July to cancel my policy because i got a better offer somewhere. Roelien phoned me back on the 31th July, i missed the call by couple of seconds. She then sent me an email to let me know that she called. I replied immediately asking her to call, but she only called again on the 8th August. That for me was a huge delay that i couldn't accept. Anyway to her that it should not happen again. Then on the 8th we concluded that she must call again after 12:00 because i will be free, but she didn't bother. She then phoned me on 13th August telling me that she had reviewed my policy, but did not conclude since there were few things that she wanted to confirm. She decided that she would call me on the 14th. i suggested that she can call after 9:30 because i would be free then but she never as usual. She then called me on 21th August, we spoke until i said i am cancelling policy. For me, all the delays that happen from her it looks she has much better clients that she can deal with them than me, that i also contributed a lot for me cancelling my policy because i am not supported by King Price.
