I have life cover with you guys for about R88 a month, I received a letter advising that the policy will increase to about R93 a month from September 2013. What is the below deduction for as I never agreed for any of this and this was not stated in the increase letter, calculating the below it is way more than the 5% increase referred to in the letter. The letter states the increase is applicable from September 13 so please explain to me what this deductions is for.
