I updated my profile on my policy and it was so smooth and effortless thanks to the 2 ladies mentioned above.
i must state that in the more than 5 years of being with Outsurance, i have never had any issues the service is outstanding and they have always ensured that it is all in my best interest.

I recently lost my phone and was away from home, Zelda Romanov was outstanding in handling my claim, i received a replacement phone within 48 hours and for me that was OUTSTANDING. i am very happy to state that Outsurance and their staff members are always polite and very helpful.
