I have been waiting 8 months now for a claim to be resolved, I have been promised numerous times that the issue will be resolved and claim be paid out in full. I have been dealing with Reginald Sema who has not been replying to my emails and ignoring my emails for the past 3 months. Would be nice if someone who is capable of performing their duties can assist me from standard bank.
