After the shock of having my son's phone while he was on campus, we had to live through the claim being declined initially by a consultant whom I'd rather not mention. I kept following up and finally got through to Reinhardt I pleaded my case and told him that I have been paying my premiums for years and NEVER claimed before. He assisted me with the greatest of ease and the replacement was authorized the same day!!!
That's what I call excellent customer service- Thank you Reinhardt.
