It has taken more than a week to resolve a cell phone claim. The call centre consultants are lacking in professionalism, knowledge and talking skills. After fighting with about 6 consultants, i asked for a line manager/team leader and i was put onto Reinhardt. Reinhardt resolved my issues, took a while but the end result was good. I actually don't know what Finrite would do without him. He is an assett to the company.
