The end of the month, without any confirmation about opting in OR asking if im interested for the "3-in-1 service package", they deduct an amount of R350 from my account unknowingly. Afterwards, I phone to cancel, the say first log on and see what services are available. Disinterested, I phoned back and cancelled my account with them telling me that i need to phone back 5 days later to redeem my refund. After phoning back, they spin the story of refunds are only done on Fridays and because its public holiday, I have to await another week before i can claim my refund back. It wastes time and money phoning back them twice and then still told all i need to do is send an email to a specific email address with delicate information such as my name and ID number. Secondly, I was not made aware of this factor that they only pay out on Fridays with the initial cancellation which in so makes me have to wait 2 weeks to get a simple refund for a service i was never interested in.
