I have applied for a loan again I am an existing client and once again African bank is doing the same thing asking me to resend documents but this only after I had to phone the branch to ask the status on my account. Nobody phones you back and when you email no one response and please African bank do not write a message on here to say you have tried to phone me but it was not successful I think that is a automatic reply they choose for Hello Peter complaints.
This is really so frustrating as we are in need of the finance obviously and they play around and make you feel like beggars. I have emails the supervisors, consumer advocate everyone nobody came back with a reply phoned the call centre and they cannot even confirm whether the correct documents is send. the branch accepts your id but the call centre says it is not clear does the branch not carry any credibility to verify this then surely you don't need to go to the branches who in any case don't phone you back.
This is just so so frustrating.
