I e-mailed Flemix and Associates eight days ago on a query I had on my account. Apparently my account had been handed to them when I my account was with another law firm. They hand delivered papers that I had to sign, and put my banking details on. This I refused to do because I was not going to be paying two law firms for one account. I enquired about as I felt that I needed to know how and why my account was now with them. They promised to get back to me within 72 hours and no communication has come forth from them. I was quite disappointed with their delivery people. He arrived looking shabby and smelling of cigarettes as well.
