Once again "Flemix and Associates INC". I`ve understood that when i settle account from another bank to another can take up to 48 working hours. I paid your account for SA Macro loans up and requested a letter. Due to our history with incidents like this one. I was expecting a diffident service! Why does one have to struggle before something is done? I`ve sent emails as of 28th august and nothing is being done. I just think that management in Flemix and associates is pathetic. I myself work in a Collections department. It does not mean if my account is in the lawyers i should be treated the way you treat your clients. I still pay interest which pays your salaries, therefor I'm still your client and i should be treated with respect.
