Temp loan cancelled and no response

I have a temporary loan which I pay monthly and re-take it. All of a sudden it is no longer available without notice and after my enquiry to personal loans dpmt I got a read receipt on my mail but no one has given me any feedback. This has a great impact on my budget this month. It was lowered over a few months, which I was fine with, but DONT just take it away entirely without discussing it with me or just send me an sms even, any kind of communication is good communication, do I really have to teach FNB that??

I need URGENT feedback on this and a solution, since I am now under great pressure financially as a result of this!
