Unauthorised debit orders

I have several times went to the bank to cancel different debit orders on my account. It started last year until to date. I also requested at the enquiries to be assisted on how can that be prevented since it was rather time consuming and costly to go into the bank to cancel transactions that I don"t even know or have contact with it service providers. I was told that there is nothing that can be done since the banks policies does not allow such act. currently its been two consecutive month that I have to go into and do like wise. I 'm even considering on changing the even though its been years banking with ABSA. I feel that I"m not fairly catered for. I'm writing this because I have just received a message from the Cellphone (notify me) That BK Marketing have just debited R99.99. I must now reverse the account since I don't have any deals with BK Marketing. What is surprising is that company debiting in my account are different every month. I'm so frustrated and off!
