The "STEVE" and "HENRY" adverts on radio are extremely irritating and monotonous. I have been a client of FNB for over 10 years and this is about the only complaint that I have. Please, OH PLEASE, ditch these ads as I know for a fact that I am not the only person who feels this way. My advice, get a new ad agency or rethink things, "preferably out of the box".
