Last month due to Wonga having system errors, the debit did not go off as I authorized it to. I was the one to call in and query with no feedback from Wonga only for this month to be debited twice and then have interest added to it. I should nit have to pay more interest than what I had to initially pay because the fault was not from my side. Also, why do I have to wait till Monday for my refund to be done, I called in yesterday and was told 24 - 48 hours?
