Im not happy about the treatment i Got from Dos Reis & Associates and African Bank and Ellerines, I was contacted by the Attorneys Last Feb in connection with My Ellerine account which was in arrears, Arrangements were made that i Pay R305pm until debt is settled its been 17 months (approximately) meaning i had already paid more than my debt which was -R5000 last month i contacted the Collectors for settlement and was qouted R3200 and that means i have to pay double the money owing which doesnt make sense as on my staments int say i must pay R1200 to settle the account, This Morning i contacted Dos reis & Associates concerning the matter and spoke to Nthabiseng whose attitude was disgusting she even refused to tell me her Surname, arccoding to my knowledge i Owe Them Less than R4500 but know have to pay twice as much, I know there are fees and stuff but not Double your debt amount. I am trully not happy and need advice on how to solve this matter im even considering to go see The ombudsman
