I had an accident on the 27th of June 2013, first of all they noted the date incorrectly they have it noted for April so that means I have 2 losses, that needs to be corrected on my profile. Secondly I have to call in for feedback on my claim nobody calls me back, it has been a month now and I still have no idea what's going on with my claim.i am highly frustrated about this as I have now had the car hire for a month and it will expire soon, how do you expect me to get to work? i have not had a chance to look for a new car as I was not told if my claim is settled or what amount they will pay me, therefore you will need to extend my car hire with no extra cost to me as the delay and lack of service is from your side. The only calls I receive is to uplift my car... Santam advertises for excellent service but I am yet to see this... this is my first claim with you guys and if this is they way I get treated I will not be insuring my new car with you... absolutely dissatisfied!!!
