Since the year 2006 an amouint of R68 is being deducted from this company and we did not apply for this policy. After we lodged the complaint last year they give us different stories. The lady Elaine of mitchells plain branch said that it was someone else's details that came up. But last month the amount was still deducted.
We are not getting feedback and spending so much money on airtime to follow up. Pls help
