I had applied with customer assist beginning of june and was told I would be in contacted in 15 days. I have been e mailing and calling them with response that its with the manager and I will be contacted soon. Its now end july and no one has contacted me. I have been through so much grief in my life as I lost my mom 1 year ago and I'm the only child. I have more responsibilty now and debts as well since I was divorced after being married a month and the ex putting me in debt. I tried explaining this to customer assist as well but no one seems to be empathetic. Its even more depressing when they don't call you back and you don't get any help. I know that the company is not concerned about my personal problems but I beg for help with customer assist. Please can someone call me soon as I really need help. My debt isn't in the hundred thousands or millions but its a rather small amount. Please help me customer assist.. Please...
