I HAVE NEVER BEEN EXPOSED TO SUCH INCOMPETENCE IN MY LIFE. I TOOK OUT CAR INSURANCE WITH IBUYECO ON THE 28 JUNE 2013 AND 4 DAYS LATER HAD TO CALL AND EVEN SEND AN EMAIL TO CANCEL THE POLICY DUE TO THEIR LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE. THERE ARE PUTTING THROUGH RANDOM DEBIT ORDERS ON INCORRECT DATES 4 TO BE EXACT BETWEEN THE PERIOD OF THE 28/06 TILL NOW. WHEN I CALL THE "CALL CENTRE" LOGS A CASE AND ASSURE ME SOMEBODY WILL CONTACT ME IN 48 HOURS AND HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THAT CALL FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS. EVEN NOW THIS STUPID POLICY HASNT BEEN CANCELLED WHICH I REQUESTED ON THE 2ND OF JULY ALREADY. I HAVE SINCE TAKEN ANOTHER POLICY WITH MY WAY AND REALLY DONT NEED THEIR, I URGE ANYBODY WANTING TO TAKE INSURANCE TO KEEP AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY AS THEY WILL FOR SURE MESS YOU UP.
