Internet banking fees

Every month i pay for internet banking but can never use it! which other bank takes off the internet banking fee (if they have a fee) exactly the last day of every month? most people get paid by the 20th, debit orders go off and by the end of the month i cant guarantee there will be enough left for their fee and with bank costs you never know how much is going to be left! After the 1st i try to log on and it says "authentication failure". i understand they need to take off their fee, but can it be on payday for some people with the same issue, you get told no sorry!! Today, tomorrow never again! switching banks unless something changes
