First For Women Insurance
No Feedback, poor service

I was involved in an accident on 20th June 2013, and the insurance arranged for my car to be towed away. To date I have had no response as to when repairs on my car will commence, when I phone I am told that they are waiting for something to finalise the claim. I again called the administrator on Saturday, she was not in, and the lady who helped me said she would leave a message for the administrator to call me back. I have heard nothing from her. Meanwhile, the standing cost and car rental is rapidly increasing, and I am really worried where this is leading to. This is not what I expected when I signed up with First for Women, and this is a great disappointment to me.
